New BMW X5 SAV Kalamazoo, MI

The new BMW X5 comes with a selection of engines. The base engine is a turbocharged V6 that is rated for 335 horsepower. It is pleasing to drive with plenty of power on top, but the next upgrade is more powerful. It is a plug-in hybrid that gets 389 horsepower and excellent fuel economy. The second trim, the xDrive45e, features a plug-in hybrid engine. It has essentially the same feature list as the base trim, but with pedestrian detection added on and a few other possible options to add.

The third trim is called the M50i. This model uses the 523-horsepower engine with a twin-turbo V8. It also gets a large set of sporty features like an upgraded differential, an adaptive suspension, and more. These maximize the potential of the engine and make it a truly powerful SUV.

The top trim is the M. It rolls the lower trims' options into its features list and showcases the most powerful engine on the X5, which hits 600 horsepower. This is the peak of the X5's power and has the top-level luxury elements to take the interior over the top.
