Eligible customers are those who own or have a household member owning a competitive brand vehicle and meet BMW FS Conquest criteria. To avail, the customer must finance or lease through BMW Financial Services, and eligibility is validated at the time of funding with proof of competitive vehicle registration. To qualify, the customer (or household member) must own a competitive brand vehicle and provide proof of registration, and the transaction must be leased or financed through BMW Financial Services. The dealer must deliver and retail the eligible vehicle within the program period, disclose the full conquest credit (BMW NA + dealer contribution) on the contract, select the rebate during funding, and retain documentation for audit. The dealer is also responsible for contributing their portion of the incentive, which is not reimbursable, and all claims must comply with funding and validation requirements to avoid chargebacks.
